Mister Low End is the whole low end of a psytrance or techno track in one instrument: a bassline generator, a dedicated bass synth and a synthesized kick, all locked together sample-accurately. No sidechain routing, no tuning the kick by ear, no three plugins fighting over 60 Hz. Load it, press ROLL, and you have a groove.
PRESS ROLL, GET A BASSLINE
The generator writes a new bassline in your key and scale every time you press ROLL. It knows four styles: Psy Rolling (the classic 1/16 rolling bass between the kicks), Full-On Gallop (the driving galloping full-on pattern), Peak-Time Techno (hypnotic, driving warehouse lines) and Acid (squelchy, sliding 303-style patterns). Density, Variation, Slide, Swing and Length shape what comes out. Hear one you love? STAR it. Went too far? Step back through your history. Every pattern is yours to keep.
DRAG IT INTO YOUR DAW
When the groove is right, drag the bass MIDI, the kick MIDI or both straight into your arrangement. Edit them like any other MIDI clip. You can also import your own MIDI and play it through Mister Low End's bass and kick, so it fits into whatever workflow you already have.
A BASS SYNTH BUILT FOR THE JOB
The bass engine is designed for one thing: low end that hits hard and stays tight. FM for knock and growl, a filter envelope for that rolling psy pluck, drive for weight, a sub layer, and glide for acid slides. A built-in multiband sidechain ducks the bass under the kick automatically, so the kick punches through every time with no compressor to set up.
FX THAT LEAVE YOUR SUB ALONE
A six-slot FX rack with Distort, Erosion, Chorus, Phaser, Delay and Reverb processes only the top band of the bass. Your sub stays mono, centred and tight while the mids and highs get all the movement and dirt. It's the trick pro psytrance producers use, built in.
A KICK THAT'S ALWAYS IN TUNE
The kick is fully synthesized, not a sample, so you can shape every part of it: Tune, Punch, Length, Transient, Tone, Drive and Rumble. Press MATCH BASS KEY and the kick tunes itself to your bassline's key, the single most important step for a clean psytrance low end, done in one click. A separate kick output lets you route the kick to its own channel for your own processing.
